Pavia Hair Academy is a hands-on hair academy located inside a real working salon, offering a powerful blend of classroom theory and immersive, real-world education. Our curriculum is built from a proven training program that has successfully developed stylists quickly within our own salon. 

What sets us apart is our intentionally small learning environment—only one class at a time with 10 students or fewer—allowing for truly individualized guidance and mentorship. Our Lead Educator is a salon owner with over 5 years of ownership experience and 10 years in the industry, specializing in blonding, extensions, and layered haircuts.

At Pavia Hair Academy, you’re not just learning enough to pass your licensing exam—you’re training to be confident, employable, and salon-ready. Students are educated on multiple professional color lines, graduate with both extension and eyelash extension certifications, and gain hands-on experience with real clients in high-demand services like blonding, color, and extensions. 

We do not fill required hours with repetitive mannequin work or basic shampoo and styling services. Instead, we actively seek out the clients you need to prepare for real salon life. When not in class or with clients, students can shadow mentors in our working salon to earn hours and gain authentic salon experience—to shorten or eliminate the traditional assistant phase post graduation. With strong connections to local salons, we also support our graduates in finding the best career fit after completing the program.
